IFAConveyancing, the conveyancing comparison programme, has announced an agreement with Mortgage Brain, allowing brokers advising on mortgage sales to earn extra income from referrals.

Launched in February 2005, IFAConveyancing is an independent web-based comparison site providing conveyancing quotes for intermediaries in the financial services sector and is offering significant cost savings to its members.

IFAConveyanincg offers several benefits such as free registration for solicitors with no monthly administration costs, free access for financial intermediaries, competitive conveyancing costs as well as advanced case tracking services and free website integration options.

When registering, all solicitors sign a contract to ensure their quotes are totally transparent at all times. Intermediaries, when quoting, can add their own fees to the case; this can be up to a maximum of £200 per case.

A website integration option is also available to introducers at no cost, allowing them to host an unbranded version of IFAConveyancing’s services on their website. This provides greater control to the introducer and at the same time gives customers more variety to choose from.

Intermediaries need to consider all opportunities of generating revenue, especially in the current climate.
