Existing relationship?
If you have an arrangement with a solicitor, then please feel free to as them to join our panel so you can continue to use them and benefit from taking your procuration fee. If, however, you are of the opinion that you need to maintain a relationship with just one solicitor in order to receive back referrals, then you should as yourself a question: how many referrals do you get in relation to the number of conveyancing cases you provide them, and how many other introducers do they have that they need to “keep sweet” also? The reality is, you will make more by taking £200 per case than you will by waiting for business passed back again.

In order to obtain a quote, all you need is the property value. The procuration fee you choose to take is automatically added to the solicitor’s conveyancing costs, so the quote you provide to your client is totally transparent. Within the quotation results table is the most recent feedback which has been received from both mortgage brokers and clients themselves, so you can see how the solicitor has fared when undertaking other cases.
