IFAconveyancing is an independent company providing conveyancing quotes from a panel of UK based solicitors and licensed conveyancers. We have an increasing number solicitors registering to be part of our panel due to free membership and no monthly administration costs.

IFAconveyancing is the easiest way to instruct a solicitor when buying, selling or remortgaging a property. All conveyancing work is carried out on a postal (remote) basis by established, reputable firms of solicitors who are all regulated by the Law Society. IFAconveyancing comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code (1990) as amended by the Solicitors Practice (Payments For Referrals) Amendment Rules (2003).

Al comparisons can be organised by company name, location, conveyancing costs, disbursment costs or total costs.

Placing an instruction couldn't be easier: simply find an illustration you are happy with then proceed to instruct. Simply enter your clients details and contact information along with the conveyancing requirements and click the instruct button.

Our solicitors will respond to your instruction via email confirming they have received and read the instruction. You will then see the case added to your personal homepage along with any other ongoing cases.

We pay daily for completed cases upon receipt of confirmation and payment from our solicitor partners. Our solicitor partners have all agreed that payment will be made within 14 days of any case completing.

All of our solicitor partners have agreed to feedback being collected from introducers and clients upon completion of conveyancing cases.
