Introducers Agreement

This agreement is between IFAconveyancing, Brynhyfryd, 112 Cilfynydd Road, Cilfynydd, CF37 4NF and our introducers hereinafter known as the introducer.

IFAconveyancing hereby agrees to allow the introducer access to the secure member section of it's website to source and instruct conveyancing solicitors online.

IFAconveyancing will treat all information as confidential and will not share information with other organisations or third parties except if required by law or other regulation.

It is hereby agreed that the Introducer will receive up to £200.00 net of VAT per completed sale, purchase or remortgage conveyancing instruction (up to £400.00 net of VAT for a sale and purchase) for instructions placed through the IFAconveyancing website. This amount will be paid by IFAconveyancing within 2 working days upon receipt of commissions being paid by the solicitor firm by bacs transfer.

In no event shall IFAconveyancing be liable to the introducer for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. This shall apply even where such a loss was reasonably foreseeable or IFAconveyancing had been made aware of the possibility of the introducer incurring such a loss.
